The final video in my visiting prison weekend documentary. In today’s installment, I take you on the six hour drive home with me as I explain how “cool” it was to run into a girl from visit nearly two hours away from the prison, the meaning of a “dry cell” and why one of the guys at visit will most likely end up in that severely restricted form of solitary confinement. I also describe what is in the vending machines, what each item costs and the prison’s rules and regulations on eating and drinking in the visiting room. As I pass another prison, situated directly off the highway; I share some quick thoughts. Then, I add a few final words through the exhaustion as I get off of my exit to complete my visit weekend documentary.
Its been an exciting journey and more fun than you can imagine taking my strong prison wives family along for the wild ride. Omg as im writing this email i realize I don’d even know your name. But I feel like I can relate to you. My husband incarcerated in a federal prison. I was wondering if you’re husband is in a federal prison or state prison. How long have you been doing this website I really like it. I feel like it gives me some hope also nice to know there is other woman, wives going through the same thing I am.
